To generate the personalized illustrations, we use an artificial intelligence service provided by OpenAI. The images you upload are automatically sent through their API solely to generate the digital files of the purchased product.
By completing your order and uploading your images, you agree to this external technology provider processing your data.
We do not use your images for any other purpose, nor do we share them with third parties. We retain the original images in your private dashboard for a limited period so you can view and compare the generated results. You may request manual deletion at any time by contacting us via email.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of the product, no returns or refunds are accepted once the order is placed and images are uploaded.
If you experience any technical issues with the download or delivery of your files, or if the result does not match the number of images purchased, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@magicbrushers.com and we will review your case to offer a solution.
